FabbricaMusica is back for its second consecutive year. once more uniting the two complimentary elements that form its core: master classes and its music festival.
FabbricaMusica makes me think of friendship, love, trust and team spirit, important ingredients whether you’re working in a kitchen or making music together.
So here we go, jumping into the fray again, ready to have fun together…
We’ll let others waste their time with negative thoughts, while we remain faithful to music and to our dreams.
We will dedicate ourselves to small but important discoveries: proving that it’s not always necessary to think big.
The 2011 edition of FabbricaMusica has two main objectives: the first is enhancing its interaction with the surrounding territory. Until now, this has mostly been accomplished through the concerts of the Festival, but starting this year, some of the courses and seminars will be decentralized. The second goal is to support a humanitarian project, in collaboration with the UNICEF’s Provincial Committee of Forlì-Cesena. This year, we will longer be just contributors, but will be responsible for the realization of the entire project.
And so, during a period where everything seems to encourage giving up, we are happy to face this new challenge, jumping into the new mix with our eyes wide open, following a spirit of transparency.
Faced with so much passion and dedication by those who will be participating in a project that I have the honor of representing, I feel obliged to defend it from any ambiguity and narrow-mindedness, human or otherwise.
We have nothing to lose but our self-respect, if we don’t grant ourselves, in the end, the luxury of defending our concert venues and classrooms, leaving out anything that does not respect the honesty and enthusiasm of our work.
FabbricaMusica is preparing to produce and export new notes, in order to gain acceptance and approval, contributing to a growing presence in the province, enriching the Summer cultural offerings in a region that continues to give me compelling reasons to remain: friends, music, trust and esteem.
